We accept advance reservations as well as same day reservations. You can ride our town cars, four passengers for the price of one. In case you need service for larger groups or if you have extra luggage ask for our private VAN or SUV.

Corporate and personal accounts are welcome with monthly billing and credit card payment options.

Our fleet carries curbside pickup permit for San Diego airport and LAX. So, as long as you reserve a car for your arrival at San Diego Airport or LAX, we will pick you up in front of the arrival terminal.  Our advance online reservation system allows you to plan your trip ahead of time. You have the option to pay by cash or any of the major credit cards. Don’t forget to also schedule your ride ahead of time for your return trip. Our office hours are from 4:00 am till 12:00 am every day. But we can pick you up any time of the day or night. Our drivers are at your service 24/7.
Yes, you can  pay cash in the car or use your credit card when you are booking your reservation.
We accept all major credit cards namely American Express,Visa, Master and Discover.
Yes he/she can. If you do not pay for your fare on the phone, you could ask your driver to give you a receipt. If your driver cannot provide you the receipt, please let us know and we will send your receipt via email.
When you provide us your email address, we can send you email confirmation for the trip. We can also send you a receipt via email if you provide your card information on the phone.

  1. A) Sedan Cancellation Policy:We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, Ace Airport Transportation Services has a very simple cancellation policy for local sedan transfers (San Diego area). Just give us 4 hours notice within our business hours prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. We will not refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pick up time or in the event of a no-show. For all pickups and drop offs outside San Diego County such as Los Angeles, Irvine etc. and charter hourly rentals, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Our business hours are Monday-Sunday, 04:00am to 12:00am. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days depending upon the credit card and issuing bank.

B) Limousine/Sprinter/Party Bus Cancellation Policy:Client understands that if he/she chooses to cancel the booking within 14 days of the service date, regardless of the reason, including illness, death of family/friend or personal emergencies, he/she will be assessed a cancellation fee of no less than 25% of the “Total Due” as listed on Client’s booking confirmation.  Should the Client cancel within 72 hours of the service date and time, the same applies, but 100% of the “Total Due” as listed on Client’s booking confirmation will be payable. Deposits will be subtracted from the “Total Due” prior to processing payment. Switching of Dates, and/or downsizing are considered cancellations and therefore fall under the same conditions.

What if my plane has been delayed and is coming after midnight. Will you still be able to pick me up? Is there any additional fee for pick ups after midnight?

Our driver will be ready waiting on you. There will be $20 charge for pick-ups between 11.45pm-03:45am (Midnight Fee).

How does that work? Yes, we also provide Meet and Greet Service if you like. Our professional chauffeurs will be waiting for you at the baggage claim area with a white board your name written on it. If you would like a Meet and Greet service, please let us know at the time of making your reservation.

Depends on availability, in most cases we can have your driver ready in about 20 minutes. Give us a call as soon as you land and we will send you a driver as soon as possible.
Extra stops are a minimum charge of $10.00 depending on mileage and the type of vehicle.  This includes restroom stops. We also charge for unexpected waiting time.
Please call (844) WANT ACE / (844) 926-8223 when you arrive to the airport. Clients who “no show” or who leave the airport without calling will be charged the full amount of the fare.
Airport clients are given 60 minutes to locate luggage and contact office. Flat rate trips are given 5 minutes to load and depart. All concerts are given 10 minutes to locate vehicle. After these time limits a waiting fee will be assessed ranging from $30-$125 per hour there after depending on which vehicle you have reserved. Waiting fee and over time will be billed in 30 minutes increments at the standard hourly rate of the vehicle.

Please do not forget to provide us the name of the passenger, cell phone number that we can reach you, your pick up date and time, pick up and drop off address. Please do not forget that no vehicle is allowed to wait at the curbside in San Diego Airport / Los Angeles International Airport. Curbside is for loading and unloading of passengers only. Once you have collected your bags and are ready at the curbside, call us at (844) WANT ACE / (844) 926-8223. And your driver will pick you up from the curb side shortly after your call.
